Brazilian customs regulations are very strict, both with regards to promotional material (brochures, catalogues, flyers) as well as for the import (also temporary) of machinery into the country.
We recommend all exhibitors to contact their own shipping/freight agent at least three months before the event. For any requirements, and for those who do not have their own shipping/freight agent, please note that the following companies are specialized in logistics for fairs in South America:
